Library description

IGBTs, N and P type



based on the original libraries (created by librarian@cadsoft.de ): transistor-power.lbr transistor-fet.lbr (checked by R. Vogg, 15.03.2002)
These libraries are rearanged by kylie because elimination of package doubles (same layout, but different names) elimination of symbol doubles (same electrical function, but different names) elimination of device doubles (same device, but located in two or more libraries) unification/renaming of symbols, packages renaming of packages to most commonly used names/codes (TO-xxx, SOTxxx, ...), if possible according to JEDEC if avialable: adding of package code variants (JEDEC, JEITA/EIAJ, manufacturer's code, ...) in description (SOT23 = EIAJ SC-59 = JEDEC TO-236AB = Rohm SMT3 = IR Micro3) adding of package variants with pad names according to the transistor type (bipolar: TO-220_BCE ; FET: TO-220_GDS ; ...) adding of package variants for different mounting cases, especially for power transistors (horizontal: TO-220_yyy_H ; vertical: TO-220_yyy_V ) The author do not warrant that this library is free from error or will meet your specific requirements.
