Library description

Voltage regulators



based on the original libraries v-reg.lbr and v-reg-micrel.lbr (created by librarian@cadsoft.de )


These library is rearanged by kylie because elimination of package doubles (same layout, but different names) unification/renaming of symbols, packages renaming of packages to most commonly used names/codes (TO-xxx, SOTxxx, ...), if possible according to JEDEC if avialable: adding of package code variants (JEDEC, JEITA/EIAJ, manufacturer's code, ...) in description (SOT23 = EIAJ SC-59 = JEDEC TO-236AB = Rohm SMT3 = IR Micro3) adding of package variants with pad names according to the regulator type (fix: TO-220_GIO ; adjustable: TO-220_AIO ; ...) adding of package variants for different mounting cases, especially for power packages (horizontal: TO-220_yyy_H ; vertical: TO-220_yyy_V ) The author do not warrant that this library is free from error or will meet your specific requirements.
